Help Me Raise $1,000 For Fitness, Nutrition, and Mentorship Programs For At-Risk Youth
My latest book, 'Goodnight Box,' debuts to support these critical opportunities
A bit of news, which is that I have a new book coming out this week!
Coauthored with my wife and titled Goodnight Box, it’s the bedtime book we wish had existed when our girls were little. It showcases the camaraderie and endorphin rush that a good workout delivers along with functional movements and exercises that support a healthy lifestyle.
Why a children’s book?
My mission is to enable all individuals to build their passions and fulfill their human potential. Health and wellness and role models to whom individuals can relate are critical factors in that journey—and too often neglected in our conversations around improving opportunity for all. Our hope is that this will inspire parents and children to find their way to fitness and health.
To support that mission, for every copy we sell, we will donate 10% of proceeds to a non-profit that supports at-risk youth through movement-based mentorship programs.
If you buy an autographed copy directly from us, we will also donate the $5 shipping fee.
And for the first 100 copies of Goodnight Box we sell through our site, we will double our contribution and donate $10.
We plan to donate the funds to Steve’s Club, a non-profit that brings fitness, nutrition, and mentorship to at-risk and underserved youth that we’ve long supported. I’d love to learn from you about other programs that have similar missions.
In this season of giving, we hope you’ll help us support those who are less fortunate by buying a copy of Goodnight Box for a child you know or the tired parents of young children. You can do so at our website and receive an autographed copy or by purchasing from Amazon or wherever you buy your books.
And thank you.
