Where are these schools finding their learning directed staff? As has been discussed, in order to succeed there must be a growing number of people that have the forward thinking mindset that can fill these positions.
I think that's a great question. Historically the charter schools ended up creating their own teacher colleges in effect or education training. I'm curious if something similar will have to happen here. But that presumes (I think) a certain size and scale where they start finding shortages and also have the $ to build these entitites
